Kunini is a regional Electrical & Lighting Contractor that designs, installs and commissions electrical and lighting systems for both residential and commercial projects. One of Kunini's strengths is its ability to integrate Electrical, Lighting, Smart-Home Systems and Fire Alarm Systems into one package. Kunini can design and install all structured cable required for any system, such as; AV – Multi Room Audio, Media Servers, Home Theatres, Network Infrastructure, CCTV, Intercoms and Security & Systems but under one contract and with only one contractor, Kunini.

Kunini began its business installing intruder and fire alarm systems in 2002, over the past nine years we have revised our product portfolio to include many electrical and electronic products required either for a luxury villa, home resort, apartment or hotel. During this time Kunini has gained vast experience with these systems and their integration with various products.

Our in-house Electrical Design Engineer and General Manager work closely with the client to put a package together that incorporates a design covering all systems that are to be installed; Kunini will advise the client of the possible systems available and put a design together that enables all cables for all systems to be installed by one contractor keeping contact to a minimum...

This is unique in that the client can choose to install the infrastructure (cables & conduits) for all systems during the construction but can choose the “Systems” at a later date.. Kunini also takes into consideration the possible future systems by installing additional UTP Cat5 or Cat6 cables throughout the project.

Kunini designs and installs its Electrical Systems to British Standards using the current IEE Wiring Standards 17th Edition and as its guideline; we also follow IEC and TIS standards. Once the design is complete, Kunini applies the design to Auto Cad and prepares working and as built drawings throughout the project. Once the project is complete a full set of documents will be presented to the client, these include an Installation Certificate, full Load Schedules for all boards (marked and labeled), “as-built" CAD plans and a two year warrantee certificate.

Est. 2002 - Koh Samui, Thailand

Kunini begun operations in Koh Samui in August 2002 with the initial aim of providing quality security solutions and related services to Koh Samui’s growing community. The business was started from humble beginnings offering alarm system installations with Wireless and Hard Wired systems with CCTV options. Soon realising that in order for the company to grow Kunini must offer more services so introduced Access Control Systems to the product range. During this time the property market in Samui stared to take off so we started to look at other revenue areas. Always having an interest in technology we started looking at Home Automation Systems and came across Futronix a leading lighting control system manufacture from Thailand and the UK. Kunini started designing and installing Futronix Lighting Control Systems in 2005 and currently has more than 30 installations from high end villas to restaurants and hotels. During the past four years Kunini has offered turn-key electrical systems and retrofits to many residential and commercial projects in Samui.
